You can cancel anytime prior to your renewal date. You will maintain your benefits through the renewal date if you cancel mid-renewal.

Sessions are typically 55 mins long. This allows practice sessions time to clean up the bay and reset the tech prior to the next member. For lessons, it allows the coach to recap with notes.

Requests for pausing your membership are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Typcially, only major surgery or injury will result in an approved pause.

No problem! Additional practice sessions can be purchased. Practice members receive a discounted price off the public rate and can be purchased easily through our booking portal.

Your sessions should be used monthly and reset on your billing date.

After training you will have access to use the SAM Putt Lab for practice, along with all training tools.

Yes. You can bring your own coach during your practice session if you'd like. There is an additional $50 fee per session. Please contact us prior to your session.
